Open Question: What is the best place to incorporate an online business that has 1 to 3 employees? I don't like taxes!?

I am creating an online business. It looks like Wyoming or Nevada will be the best places to incorporate. I don't know how much difference either will make. I want to pay as little in taxes as possible and have as little paperwork as possible and as few reports to the state as possible.
